We have been offering tent rental services for Boston’s North shore and surrounding communities since 2011. All our tents are delivered and set up so you can focus on the finer details of your event. We will work with you to coordinate the best time for setup whether it’s the day before your event or the morning of. We are a small family run business and pride ourselves on relationships and reliable service.

20′ x 30′ – $450

Pricing includes set-up and break down of tent

Deposit :

50% deposit required to secure tent rental for date requested.

If you cancel within 14 days, your deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations over 14 days will get their deposit fully refunded.

Delivery

Free delivery within 10 mile radius of Danvers, MA.

$25 dollar fee for delivery within 25 mile radius

All deposits and payments are accepted via personal check, cash, Venmo or cash app.

FAQs

How will I know if my space can accommodate a tent?

Tents are secured by spikes and cannot be setup on concrete. Tents are not designed to be attached to housing, framing, or other objects. You need 4 feet of clearance on all sides of tent. (i.e. 20×20 tent = 24’x24’ of level grass needed)

Is it a problem if I have a sprinkler system?

Please make installer aware of any underground utilities (sprinkler system, electrical conduit, etc). We will work with you to make sure we don’t disrupt underground utilities.

Do you rent tables and chairs?

We do not rent tables and chairs but are happy to refer you to a number of local companies that can help you.

Are your tents safe for shelter during a storm?

Our tents are designed to provide coverage from sun and moderate rain. Tents are not safe in more severe weather including thunder and lightning.
